| Answer To Question 1: We have a contract for an FFT digital solution with Healthcare Communications until November 2023 when licensing is due for extension as part of a Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) wide procured contract. The key operational contact for this contract is the Patient Experience team: sft.patientexperience@nhs.net LG Davis printing services are our current supplier for the printed Friends and Family cards. | |
