Question Number 1:
How many women inpatients complained that a trans woman inpatient was being cared for in the same ward as the complainant?

For the avoidance of doubt, it may be helpful for me to note that my question is in reference to written complaints (which may have been originally made orally and subsequently recorded in writing) received by the Trust.
Please provide the information in the form an email, quoting the reference RNZ.

If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I might refine my request.

More generally, if you are able to identify any ways that my request could be helpfully refined, I would be grateful for any further advice and assistance.
