Does your Trust offer a weight management service/support to patients with obesity?
 
Answer To Question 1:
Response from Surgery Division: No we don't offer any weight management services at SFT- if Dietetics get referrals for inpatients we direct them to their GP to refer on. Other clinicians, including Pre-op Assessment, would also refer patients back to their Primary Care for support, i.e. GPs.

Response from Clinical Support & Family Services (CSFS) Division: Yes and No. Child Health are not commissioned to deliver weight management services alone (for uncomplicated high BMI). However weight management forms a significant part of managing Complications of Excess Weight in the General Paediatric Service
