Answer To Question 1:
The product is called SupportDesk and the supplier is House on Hill software . The product was originally purchased in December 2010
Contract expiry is January 2025. The Trust is likely to review the potential of replacing the system in late 2024.

Answer To Question 3:
SCCM is the product SFT use to manage PC, Laptops, and servers - SCCM cals were purchased Feb 2020. Renewal date Jan 2025
Microsoft Intune MDM for Mobile phones and ipads - Intune (EM&S) Sept 2020 as part of N365. Was renewed Sept 23
These are ongoing solutions within the Trust so no places to review at this stage.

Microsoft licensing total spend nationally is reported to be £774 million, this covers circa 1.5 million devices/staff
