Question Number 1:
For the 6-month period ending 30th June 2024, can you please provide:

- Total Off Framework Agency Spend for Nursing and Midwifery staff

- Total hours filled by Off Framework agencies

- A list of all Off Framework agencies utilised by the Trust for nursing and midwifery and a breakdown of each ward or department and total number of shifts for each non framework agency

- A list of Agency suppliers with a day charge rate of over £40 across any nursing/midwifery speciality

- A list of Agency suppliers with a night charge rate of over £45 across any nursing/midwifery speciality

- A list of any Off Framework suppliers that have ongoing block booking arrangements for nursing and Midwifery staff with your Trust within the identified time frame (1.1.2024 - 30.6.2024)
 
Answer To Question 1:
The Trust do not report expenditure for the period by individual agencies but as a proxy the value of off framework agency invoices paid during the period totalled £15,899.

Off Framework agencies - Thornbury and Nutrix
Acute Medical Unit – 1 x Thornbury
Intensiv Care Unit – 4 x Nutrix and 6 x Thornbury
Paediatrics – 1 x Thornbury
Emergency Department – 2 x Thornbury

Agencies with day charge rate over £40 – National Locums / TXM Healthcare / Coyles/ Onecall24 / Medecho / Evergood / Yournurse / Yourworld / Nutrix / Thornbury

Agencies with Night charge rate over £45 - TXM Healthcare / Coyles/ Onecall24 / Evergood / Yourworld / Nutrix / Thornbury
