Description

Hospedia is a private company which provides the bedside television sets and telephones at the hospital. To find a patient's telephone number call 0345 414 1234. To purchase credit for the television/telephone call 0345414 1234.

Location
Hospedia staff visit the wards regularly. The Hospedia office is located on the corridor in the central part of the hospital close to the Maternity Department. Please note that this is often unmanned when staff are visiting the wards.

  • TV channels 1 to 5 – 8am till 12 noon each

  • Outbound calls to mobiles capped at two minutes

HOW TO REGISTER A PATIENT

  1. Pick up the handset and speak to our customer care team
  2. Self-register, following the on-screen instructions
  3. Guest Registrations – pick up the hand set and press the customer care team button, once the pre-amble message starts, press *29 and hang up, this will then sign the unit on as a guest registration, allowing the patient to access the above services
